- 1 tbsp corn flour (mixed with 1/4 cup water for slurry)
- Salt to taste

- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Instructions:
- Prepare the Vegetable Balls:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped vegetables, all-purpose flour, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix well and form small balls with the mixture. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the balls until they are golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Prepare the Manchurian Sauce:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
- Stir in soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, and sugar. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add the corn flour slurry, stir well, and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce is glossy and thickened.
- Combine the Balls and Sauce:
- Gently toss the fried vegetable balls into the sauce, making sure they are coated evenly.
- Let them cook in the sauce for 2-3 minutes so the flavors meld together.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and chopped spring onions.
