Homemade Chilli Paneer – Veg Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200g paneer (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped into small pieces)
  • 2-3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1-inch piece of ginger (minced)
  • 2-3 green chilies (slit, optional)
  • 1 tbsp corn flour (for coating)
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Paneer:
    • Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes.
    • In a bowl, mix corn flour, red chili powder, and salt. Coat the paneer cubes with this mixture.
