Homemade Vegetable Manchurian Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Vegetable Balls:

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrot, cabbage, beans, and peas), finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 1/4 cup corn flour
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

For the Manchurian Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
  • 1 tbsp corn flour (mixed with 1/4 cup water for slurry)
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • Spring onions (optional)

Instructions:
